this is what my Momma sent me today for my birthday.......needless to say it made me cry

Angie..On the day I found out I was going to be a mother I was scared to death. Everyone I asked about having a child all said it was painfull, but it was so wonderful you forget all about the pain....they LIED....however having said that...I will say it was forgotten overtime. You and I had some rough time in the begining but we made it. and when I met Dad I knew we were ok and we'd found our Hero. Life was good. I watched you fall..laugh..learn to talk..(sometimes I wonder about

teaching you that one)..walk..and do all the things you were suposed to do. Your first day of school I cried,,and your last day of school I cried, the things that happened in between are the things memories are made of, some I won't mention in case someday you let your children read this.

You have been my life sense the day you were born..sometime around the age of 15 I remember telling your Dad I have reached a point that I know I need Angie more than she needs me now,,and from that day on you were a power that no one would stop. You went straight to anything you tried. And if you failed you just got up and tried it again..or something else. I watched you grow from a young woman into a mother..and during that time you had your own growing to do. You had problems and you cried and you worried. Oh I remember all the usual things like your first bike your first car you first WRECK... hummmm....but you never eally gave me more tha a few minutes worry. You were at my side though some tough times..though losing Grandpa..Grandma..and your Dad..probably the only man you ever really trusted completely. But that's what Dad's are for. and never doubt that he loved you just as much. his password on all his computer things has always been Angiekay, the one thing he would always remember his daughter's name.You were there for me when nikli died when I was sick or anyone you loved. you never let money.power or populaity rule who would be your friend. you chose from your heart.and I am so very proud of you. Now your own children are almost grown and you will start a whole new path to walk. But know where ever I am my love and my heart will always be with you. Because like I said before you are my life. it may be I gave you life but you brought life to my heart in a way that only a mother can know. What ever you face reach back into your past and pull on lessons you learned at your Dad and my side..because believe me we have been there first. We love you..My Daughter i have never been more proud to say that than I am this minute you have been and always will be the best daughter I could have ever wished for. not sure just how that happened.. just hold one thought "Your Mama loves you kid."
